Far Foresight Systems S.L. runs this website under the name Far. In this notice, “Far” and “the owner” refer to that company.

2. Purpose

This website provides information about Far, its products (Far Foundation and Far Decisions) and its solutions, and offers a way to get in touch by email. Access is free and requires no registration. Accessing and browsing the site means accepting this legal notice.

3. Terms of use

Anyone using this site agrees to:

  • Use the site and its content lawfully, in good faith and in line with public order.
  • Not try to access restricted areas or internal systems.
  • Not introduce malicious code, or damage, disable or overload the site.

4. Availability of the site

The owner aims to keep the site available at all times, but may interrupt it for maintenance, improvements or reasons beyond its control.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of this website, including text, design, animation, code and the Far brand, belongs to the owner or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without express permission, except for personal and private use.

The logos of BSC AI Factory, Barcelona Activa and Demasié, a company Far works with, belong to their owners. The logos of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce belong to their owners and show systems Far can connect to; they imply no partnership or endorsement. The photograph of Barcelona is by Logan Armstrong; the photographs in the archive search example are by Sebastian Herrmann, Samuel Ramos, Bob Brewer, Zoshua Colah and IYYM; and the sector photographs are by Hazel J, Waldemar Brandt, Sven Daniel, Richard Melick, Tasha Kostyuk and Joshua Hanson; all are used under the Unsplash License. The Onest typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

The owner aims to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. The owner is not responsible for how third parties use the published information, or for damage caused by viruses or other elements beyond its control.

7. Product examples and artificial intelligence

Product examples marked as illustrative use sample data and do not reproduce the exact product interface.

Results generated with artificial intelligence, such as forecasts, search results or draft quotes, may contain errors and should be reviewed before they are used to make decisions. Far works with open-weight models deployed in private, controlled environments; customer data is not shared or used for third-party training without the customer's explicit agreement, as explained in the privacy policy.

This site may include links to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If you choose a language, your browser stores that choice on your device to show you the site in that language; it is not sent to any server.
